"Unhelpful curt and rude"

The staff don’t introduce themselves, are cynical in their response and have no empathy for the impact and inconvenience being hit by a bus has on your car and yourself. I’ve waited over a month for a response. I’ve sent my information through clearly several times I’ve asked for clarity of the process and they don’t walk you through the stages they simply say they can’t do anything until they review it. I can only imagine the staff have their own pressures so perhaps it’s less about staff etiquette and more about the company and how it manages and takes cares of their employees..
