Unprofessional rude and argumentative staff. Don’t announce themselves when calling. Over talk you and try and get out paying a claim when the evidence is clear cut and wittness plus part off the bus left at scene where they didn’t stop and the rude inexperienced claims handler who argued with me said not paying and said I’m terminating the call. Iv worked 40 years within insurance industry in London and this Scottish base company are unprofessional and employ inexperienced rude aggressive people.
