"Rude from the outset"

I would not recommend anyone use this firm. I was met with the a very abrasive man answering the phone who clearly did not want to help me. I was concerned that my garage door was stuck open and he couldn’t offer me any advice other than ‘don’t try it yourself’ and then he put the phone down on me..
