"Cheap and poor quality"

The products are all poor quality. They are manufactured in China and then over priced. You can get the same or equivalent products cheaper from Better bathrooms or victoria plumb on line. They will accept returns and also give free delivery. Bathstore will charge for delivery and their customer services are poor and getting refunds is difficult..
