We’ve had a very frustrating experience over the past year with several unsuccessful attempts to repair a leak in our roof. Despite repeated visits, the problem was never resolved, and our confidence in the service was completely lost. We eventually had to bring in another roofer, who quickly identified the issue as a cracked tile and fixed it. A hammer was even left on the roof at one point, which was only spotted by passers-by — a worrying oversight. In total, this has cost us over £4,000 in unnecessary expense and stress. Sadly, we wouldn’t feel confident recommending his services based on this..
