"Staff very poor"

The staff are very lacking in product knowledge. They were sat behind their desks looking at the computers and laughing about whatever they were looking at on the internet! I felt like I was interupting them when I asked for help. I got no real advice and they seemed more interested in watching some highlights of a motor race! I left feeling very under valued as a customer. I went elsewhere and spent £5K on a bathroom and had it installed too..
