"Sound system not so good"

Dear Perth Crematorium,

I attended a family funeral yesterday (17th January) for my uncle,Robert Brown. Several members of the congregation, myself included, found the eulogies very difficult to hear because of the poor sound system. A real shame .as there's no re-run for this sort of occasion! Maybe this could be looked at ?
