Just back from beeches hedge caravan park . Living in one of the lodges for 4 days. The site is spotless , met the owner when arrived and were lovely, even called to ask if need anything due to the bad weather. The lodge was spotless and very cosy. Tv and DVDs, fully equipped kitchen . Basically a home from home. 1 mile from Meikleour village and 5 miles from Blairgowrie . The inn at Meikleour village was lovely . Lovely staff and food is freshly made and was amazing. Log fire to keep you warm. Blairgowrie is a lovely town with all the usual shops for supply's .

The caravan park is just along the road from the famous beaches hedge. What I found amazing was at night in the dark and looking up into the sky to see thousands of stars lighting the night sky like fairy lights. No wifi on site .there is washing facilities if required. Mobile phones work ok. A car is needed, bus service stops at entrance to park into town.great place to recharge your batteries.
